It all started with an engagement ring, a bride (me), and an unrealistic Pinterest board to realize that my dream wedding day was never going to be picture-perfect, or that’s how I thought anyway.  

Hi there, my name is Sara, and I am the person behind Adore Ivory Co. After reading the top paragraph, you’re probably wondering “was her wedding everything she could have hoped for?” To answer your burning question, it was. I got married to the best man I’ve ever known, and did have my picture-perfect wedding, but it wasn’t easy, in-fact, it was quite difficult to achieve. I was becoming just another one of those women who had way too many over-the-top wedding décor ideas, thanks to Pinterest, and not enough resources to help me create my dream wedding day. I scoured every single avenue you could think of, and most resulted in having to spend way too much money (as if weddings aren’t expensive enough), or it simply was not available for purchase or rent in my town. Luckily, I have very handy family members that helped bring my ideas to life. That being said, it got me thinking, what if a brand was created that made it easier to achieve that picture-perfect wedding day (or event), with affordable, high-quality and customizable décor?
