    You build and submit your quote. When we receive your quote we will check for availability and get back to you typically within less than 1 business day. Once availability is secured we will submit a formal proposal for your approval. Once approved, you send payment and we process your order.
  • How much does it cost for shipping?
    Shipping is calculated based on a number of factors including location, purchase quantity, and items purchased. Shipping costs (if any) will be included in the quote you receive.
  • What methods of payment do you accept?
    We currently accept Debit, Credit, PayPal, and e-transfer.
  • What if I want something that is not in your store?
    We are continually adding new items to match the needs of our customers. If you want something but don't see it here, reach out to us and we will see what we can do.
  • How long does it take for you to get back to me regarding my quote?
    All quotes are specialized but we will do our best to get back to you as quickly as possible. Once we check inventory and product availability we will contact you right away with a proposal (typically less than 24 hours).
  • How far in advance do I need to place an order?
    It totally depends on several factors (how much inventory we have, what your needs are, customization, etc.) but if you want the best chance to have your order when you need it, the earlier you order the better.
  • What is your service area?
    We service the Waterloo Region and surrounding area for rentals and nationally and internationally for items to purchase. Having said that if you are out of our service area for rentals, let us know what your needs are and we will see what we can do.
